Large Group Sales Executive

Conducting client presentations

Qualification
Required
Expertise in sales and business development, with a focus on generating leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales goals
Strong knowledge of employee benefits solutions, insurance products, and experience in working with brokers or within the insurance industry
Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to deliver value propositions and engage with diverse stakeholders
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and propose strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth
Proficient in using digital tools, CRM systems, and other sales technologies to track progress and maintain organization
Proven experience in a similar role, with a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and meet organizational objectives
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with a valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one
