Responsibilities
Support engineering projects related to manufacturing processes, equipment, and production improvements
Assist with data collection, analysis, and documentation to support engineering and operational decisions
Participate in plant floor activities, including process observations and troubleshooting
Help create or update engineering documentation, SOPs, work instructions, or reports
Contribute to continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, or safety initiatives
Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and engineering teams
Learn about composite materials, chemical manufacturing processes, and plant operations
Build professional skills in problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and time management
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field)
Interest in manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations
Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Willingness to learn and work in a team-based, plant environment
Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, email, etc.)
Preferred
Prior internship, co-op, or hands-on project experience
Coursework related to manufacturing, process engineering, or materials science
Curiosity, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
