Responsibilities

Developing and executing GTM strategies for North America
Executing across the E2E sales cycle including outbound lead generation
Supporting early stage conversations, running client workshops and demos, helping to identify and qualify opportunities
Contributing to marketing activities and conferences, elevating the awareness and understanding of Engine's brand and proposition in the market Build and maintain strong relationships with our consulting and network partners, driving collaborative business development and GTM strategies
Supporting commercial and contractual conversations
Working with Engine teams (delivery, product engineering) throughout the sales lifecycle
Contribute to building GTM and Business Development capability in North America and globally as we scale and mature

Required

3-5+ years in a fast-paced start-up, a top tier consulting organisation or equivalent - we are looking for high-performers who are looking for their next challenge
Experience in business development, partnerships or revenue-focused is preferable
Experience working in Financial Services - Fintech, Banking (Consumer, Small Business) or Credit Unions - is a must
Experience and good understanding of the broader financial services ecosystem (for example payments, lending) and a good grasp of the US regulatory and legislative landscape relating to the above segments
Strong understanding of the banking technology landscape including digital, core banking, banking capabilities (FinCrime, Cards, Payments), operational capabilities, data and cloud infrastructure
Excellent networker and executive presence - you will be engaging with senior financial services executives
Good banking and technology aptitude; highly curious
Strong analytical skills and like getting into the detail of understanding client problems
Highly self-motivated and self starter - you'll be part of a lean, flat team
Excellent communicator and ability to adapt style to different stakeholders (senior clients, partners, internal teams)
Strong presentation and facilitation skills to executive audiences
