Own YouTube SEO, discoverability, and packaging best practices
Analyze performance (watch time, CTR, retention, subscribers) and report insights
Collaborate with hosts, artists, and content teams to scale channels and audiences
Stay ahead of platform trends and experiment with new formats and monetization tools
Qualification
Required
Must be focused on Youtube strategy with prior podcast experience
5+ years managing YouTube channels (podcasts, music, media, or creator-led brands)
Proven success growing audiences and engagement
Strong understanding of YouTube SEO and the recommendation algorithm
