Responsibilities
Lead Nonconformance (NC) and CAPA management , including investigation, containment, root cause, and closure
Drive quality improvements through trend analysis and data-driven actions
Support Incoming and In-Process Inspection teams on daily quality activities
Conduct manufacturing and field-related quality investigations and risk evaluations
Partner with value stream teams to support corrective and preventive actions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Industrial, Plastics, or related)
2–3+ years in manufacturing quality or engineering within a regulated environment
Hands-on experience with NCs, CAPAs, and investigations
Working knowledge of quality systems and documentation
Preferred
Experience in medical device or similar manufacturing environments
