Responsibilities
Oversee all property-level accounting functions, including journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned properties
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for your property group
Partner with operations and asset management teams to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and GAAP
Assist with audit requests and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2+ years of public or corporate accounting experience
Strong understanding of GAAP and property-level financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills; Yardi or MRI experience a plus
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
