Managing compliance with federal, state, and local wage garnishment laws and regulations
Analyzing reports and process garnishment orders accurately and on time
Handling escalated service issues, including calls with attorneys and plaintiffs
Supporting data analysis and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Managing system access, equipment requests, and documentation to maintain security standards
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in Microsoft Office Suite
1–3 years of experience in customer service
1–3 years of experience in benefits administration
Strong attention to detail
Organizational skills
Ability to manage confidential information
Analytical mindset
Problem-solving abilities
