Responsibilities

Installation, maintenance, and repairs of ATE/SLT hardware
Thermal setup installation (pedestal, TIM, plunger/lid) and its operation on plunger and ATC lid
MB and E-board installation. Troubleshooting of SLT setup (E-board, socket, & thermal head) and ATE setup (loadboard, socket, & plunger)
Test setup validation with a golden unit. Ongoing socket monitoring/maintenance
Support ENG requests

Required

Know IC testing setups (ATE or/and SLT) and troubleshooting
Able to repair socket under microscope. Good vision and stable handling tiny pin
Able to lift 25 pounds load-board for ATE setup installation and debug

Preferred

Know thermal control and chiller operation
Capable to read mechanical drawings and know general mechanical knowledge
