The Maintenance Controller will manage scheduled, unscheduled, and AOG Maintenance while conducting routine inspections, performing repairs, and maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations
Perform repairs and modifications on airframe, engines, and other aircraft systems as needed
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure all documentation is up-to-date
Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety standards
Stay current with industry regulations and best practices related to aircraft maintenance and repair
Qualification
Required
Valid A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) certification from the FAA
Experience Maintenance Controller
Experience working with Falcon, Cessna Citation, Gulfstream, Lear Jet, and Pilatus aircraft
Strong understanding of aircraft systems and maintenance procedures
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and teamwork skills
