Required

Proven experience leading system engineering teams and delivering multi-million-dollar product launches
Expertise in system architecture analysis, calibration methodologies, and performance optimization

Ability to define technical strategy and resolve system-level issues across manufacturing and customer sites
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
