Responsibilities
Coordinate purchase orders, inbound logistics, and inventory transfers
Work closely with manufacturing partners (both domestic and international)
Work with ocean and domestic freight carriers to negotiate annual contracts
Monitor inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations
Collaborate with Sales & Ops teams to ensure on-time delivery and happy retail partners
Analyze supply chain data and spot inefficiencies to improve business processes
Assist in freight optimization and cost reduction strategies
Help us build systems and capabilities that scale as fast as our growth
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in inventory management or supply chain operations. Experience can include relevant internships in Supply Chain or Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in inventory management software systems
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Willing to work out of the office in Madison, WI
Preferred
Experience with demand forecasting and procurement strategies is a plus
