Responsibilities
Provide Level 2/3 infrastructure support, including issue escalation, root-cause analysis, and resolution
Participate in an on-call rotation with availability for after-hours and occasional weekend support
Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure infrastructure solutions
Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational tasks
Create and maintain clear technical documentation, including configurations, processes, and incident records
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure initiatives, upgrades, and migrations
Qualification
Required
Active Directory (AD) and Microsoft Exchange administration
VMware virtualization
Microsoft Azure (IaaS, networking, security, and identity)
Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting
Intune for endpoint and device management
Network security principles and best practices
Firewall management, with a strong preference for Fortinet
Citrix environments (administration and support)
Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) implementations
Automation and scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or similar)
Strong technical documentation capabilities
Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in a broad, hands-on infrastructure engineering role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
Experience supporting financial services environments is highly preferred
Prior experience in the financial services industry strongly preferred
Experience with Cato Networks
