Define and execute a vision for CRM initiatives that support digital transformation and customer engagement strategies

Lead end-to-end CRM projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective outcomes

Supervise and mentor CRM managers, specialists, and administrators, fostering collaboration and professional growth

Act as the primary liaison for executive sponsors and business leaders, facilitating workshops, requirements sessions, and project updates

Oversee CRM customization, integration, and scalability, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and best practices

Partner with Business Development and Marketing teams to drive adoption through training, communication, and support strategies

Establish and monitor KPIs, leveraging analytics to evaluate success and identify opportunities for improvement

Anticipate and mitigate risks, implementing governance frameworks and compliance controls to protect data integrity

Manage partnerships with Microsoft and third-party vendors to maximize access to new technologies and resources

Stay ahead of CRM, cloud, and digital trends, championing innovative solutions that deliver competitive advantage
