Direct & Indirect Tax Compliance (Income, Sales, Property, Excise, Escheats)
Maintenance & Reconciliation of Tax Account Balances, including adjusting journals
Form W-9 Preparation & Maintenance
Administrative Tasks such as collecting/opening mail, responsibility for the tax deferment inbox, and depositing checks
Special Projects, as assigned
Qualification
Required
4 Year / Bachelor's degree - Accounting, Finance or similar, required
Two years Corporate or Public Tax Compliance, required
Preferred
CPA License (or eligible), preferred
