Responsibilities
Install fabric hurricane panels and AstroGuard systems on residential and commercial properties
Measure and mark areas for installation based on blueprints or client specifications
Use power tools and hand tools to secure panels and materials properly
Ensure all installations meet safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
Communicate clearly with customers and team members on-site
Maintain clean and organized work areas and company vehicles
Follow all company policies and OSHA safety standards
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in construction, window installation, or hurricane protection systems is preferred
Ability to read and interpret measurements and installation instructions
Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in various weather conditions
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical labor
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Must be dependable and have a strong work ethic
