Responsibilities

Support a new Workday implementation

Serve as the primary post go-live support resource for the Finance department

Ensure TidalHealth’s requirements are represented correctly in the solution design

Develop test cases, validate and test the builds, assist in reporting fit-gap, and building custom reports

Support the Domain and Workstream Leads to ensure that the Finance owned Workday modules support operational and strategic Finance and executive goals

Monitor the health of the system, maintain reporting, perform basic configuration, and provide recommendations for efficiencies and improvements, and cost savings opportunities based on the data

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business or related field required

Three (3) years of experience working with ERP systems, data, and analytics is required

Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)

Understanding of finance and payroll reporting, compliances, and data

Understanding of vendor contracts, procurement, accounts payables, accounts receivables, time and attendance business processes

Excel skills: experience with analytical tools or BI platforms is a plus

Preferred

Workday Financial Management Certification preferred

Workday Financial Accounting Management Certification preferred

Workday US Payroll Management Certification preferred

Workday Reporting Certification preferred

Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Workday Financial Accounting, Suppliers/Supplier Accounts, or Payroll in a functional or technical analyst role preferred

Experience in Workday reporting, including custom reports, dashboards, and analytics preferred

Prior experience in healthcare or provider organizations strongly preferred

Workday implementation experience from project planning through go live preferred
