10+ years expEXL is seeking a Transformation Leader for a 1-year contract who will manage the transformation agenda for an executive leader in the Analytics vertical. The role involves financial governance for client accounts, compliance adherence, staffing and P&L optimization, and enabling large cross-functional deals.

Responsibilities
Drive Account Strategy & Executive Storytelling: Partner closely with vertical leadership to shape account strategies, develop executive-ready strategy decks, and support client growth, renewals, and expansion initiatives
Enable large and cross-functional deals – work with other business units and the growth team to make this happen
Drive Operational Rigor: Establish and enforce financial and compliance governance, KPIs, escalation mechanisms, and performance management frameworks to ensure predictable, high-quality outcomes
Influence Without Authority: Mobilize and align cross-functional teams, contractors, and partners across geographies to deliver against shared objectives, even in high-pressure environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in delivery leadership, operations management, or consulting within manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains
Demonstrated experience supporting account management, executive presentations, and strategy development in partnership with senior leadership
Deep understanding of portfolio governance, metrics-driven performance management, escalation handling, and client engagement frameworks
Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior client and internal leaders under pressure
High degree of autonomy, resilience, and problem-solving capability in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
