Building Automation Account Executive
Vantage Consulting is a leading smart building solutions provider serving the K–12 and public-sector market across New York State. They are seeking an Account Executive to drive growth, develop client relationships, and deliver energy-efficient building solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with K–12 and institutional clients
Leverage your technical knowledge to develop accurate proposals and estimates
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility leaders on system design and integration
Manage a mix of capital and service projects, from small retrofits to large-scale installations
Qualification
Required
3+ years of proven success in HVAC or Building Automation sales
Ability to walk through buildings, assess scope, and create detailed proposals
Strong communication and presentation skills
Solid understanding of controls systems and HVAC equipment
Preferred
Experience with EcoStruxure or similar platforms
