Responsibilities
Perform general receptionist duties
Review correspondence for FINRA compliance, process incoming/outgoing mail, UPS, FED EX
Set and confirm appointments, schedule and coordinate meetings. Manages conference rooms and provide meeting support services
Run administrative reports, prepare and distribute Firm communications
Order supplies and maintain the supply inventory
Oversee facility management projects
Support Advisors with proper instruction on how to submit business to processing units
Manage office compliance responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance as directed by Firm management and/or staff
Qualification
Required
Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and Windows)
Organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail
Willingness to assume additional responsibilities
Ability to be a team player
Ability to adapt and work efficiently within a variety of situations
