Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional operations projects, defining objectives and deliverables while ensuring successful execution

Develop and deliver business cases, including resource needs, cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and timeline considerations

Ensure all project deliverables comply with corporate and regulatory standards

Monitor progress, track budgets and milestones, and ensure timely delivery

Proactively identify project risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Present regular updates to project teams, leadership, and stakeholders

Collaborate with functional, regional, and business partners to execute strategies that drive results

Support implementation of permanent process or business changes to improve organizational effectiveness

Required

Bachelor's degree

Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical field, including at least 2 years in a project management role

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams

Strong organizational, execution, and communication skills

Willingness to travel up to 10%, domestically and internationally

Preferred

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

Experience managing or contributing to large-scale projects

PMP certification

Medical device industry experience

Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field

Familiarity with agile project management and IT-related initiatives

Experience with new product introductions and Product Life Cycle processes
