Responsibilities

Assist agents with questions regarding the contracting and certification process

Outreach to agents regarding contract status and offers help to ensure completion

Maintain specific contracting and certification procedures for many Healthcare Carriers

Update and maintain contracting and certification agent CRM database

Track status of submitted contracts and troubleshoots

Review and update Carriers contracting and certification reports

Support the Garity Sales team in onboarding new Agent/Agencies

Help improve process for continued growth and scalability

Support agent progress from introduction to first sale
