Regional Business Development Manager

As a Regional Business Developer, you will drive market growth, expand the company's presence, and cultivate partnerships across the Midwest region by identifying new business opportunities and promoting workforce programs.
Responsibilities
Prospecting, outbound outreach, and pipeline creation
Discovery meetings, solution design, pricing, and proposals
On-site visits and relationship building
CRM management, reporting, and forecasting
New account launch participation and operational handoff
Networking, conferences, community/association involvement
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of business development experience
Proven success in consultative sales within workforce development, staffing, talent solutions, or a related industry
Understanding of regional labor-market trends and employer challenges
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to travel throughout the Midwest region
