Assist with SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and earnings releases
Prepare footnote disclosures and supporting documentation
Support call reports, internal reporting, and ad hoc requests
Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for reporting processes
Maintain calendars and request lists
Operate in an SOX-compliant environment
