Responsibilities
Advise clients on high-level accounting and financial strategies
Lead projects such as US GAAP conversions and ERP implementations (Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, Sage Intacct)
Mentor associates and interns while collaborating across service lines
Work on-site with clients in Nashville to deliver exceptional experiences
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of accounting advisory experience (public accounting experience is a huge plus!)
Strong knowledge of financial statements, balance sheet reconciliations, and US GAAP
ERP experience (Oracle Cloud preferred; NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics also valued)
Critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
CPA or CMA certification (or progress toward certification) preferred
