Responsibilities
Support project financing transactions: debt, back leverage, equity lines, tax equity
Manage back leverage draw process and ensure compliance and accuracy
Assist with M&A diligence and capital deployment
Support revenue contract negotiations and offtake strategy
Partner with development teams on site leases and project financeability
Oversee portfolio management, including tax equity projects and coordination with operations
Build and maintain financial models (light modeling role)
Collaborate across development, legal, operations, and finance teams
Qualification
Required
4 years in project/structured finance or infrastructure investment
Strong commercial judgment and ownership mindset
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, collaborative, and curious
Effective communicator, able to connect deal structure, execution, and portfolio strategy
Preferred
Renewable energy experience preferred, ideally with institutional or developer exposure
