Internal Sales Manager

Amplify ETFs is seeking an Internal Sales Manager (Player/Coach) to lead their internal sales efforts. This role involves supervising and training the internal sales team while also acting as a senior salesperson to promote and distribute ETF products to financial advisors.

Responsibilities

Supervise internal team assuring appropriate levels of acumen, solutions, service and activity
Ensure collaboration between peers and external counterparts to achieve collective goals
Set expectations, implement KPIs, monitor activity including inbound/outbound calls, quality engagements, Zoom meetings and email campaigns
Work with Sales Management to design and implement distribution strategy
Spearhead product training and sales skill training to develop professionalism & effectiveness
Partner effectively to deploy business intelligence, sales analytics, and new technologies to continuously evolve and improve
Organize all aspects of recruiting, hiring, exam requirements, and onboarding process for team
Identify implementation opportunities and marketing needs to drive advisor adoption
Develop and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors in territory
Promote investment products and solutions aligned with client needs
Collaborate with external sales team to drive sales and asset growth
Conduct outbound calls, virtual meetings, email campaigns and presentations to educate clients
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and product updates
Track sales metrics and maintain SalesForce records
Provide exceptional client service and follow-up support

Required

FINRA License 7, 66, 24 required (will obtain 24 if needed)
5+ years of intermediary experience with an established ETF asset manager
Proven understanding of competitive analysis with high adoption rate to new technologies
Exceptional verbal, written, and sales presentation skills
High energy, motivated individual, commitment to excellence
Ability to work and lead a team environment
