Broker Talent Sourcing Specialist – Commercial Real Estate
Savills North America is a leading commercial real estate firm dedicated to helping people thrive through places and spaces. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging commercial real estate brokerage talent, building candidate pipelines, and facilitating initial outreach to prospective candidates.
Responsibilities
Partner with Company leadership team and individual market leaders to prioritize markets for recruiting focus
Conduct research on local commercial real estate landscapes, including major brokerage firms, top producers, and specialized talent segments
Utilize industry databases, professional networks, online platforms, and proprietary tools to map talent within assigned markets
Build and maintain comprehensive lists of potential broker candidates for each targeted market
Identify and engage new recruits through cold calling, email and business social media platforms
Gather and validate data including candidate role, specialty, production level (where available), and competitive positioning
Deliver curated candidate lists to Market Leaders for review, tracking and outreach
Conduct initial outreach to identified candidates
Introduce the firm’s value proposition and assess candidate interest, motivation, and readiness for a potential move
Understand prospects pain points and maintain detailed notes and candidate insights in a database
Provide Market Leaders with warm, qualified leads of those who have expressed interest in making a potential move
Facilitate smooth handoffs by sharing background information, communication history, and candidate motivators
Coordinate follow-up between candidates and Market Leaders as needed
Track internal and external processes and keep both candidate and internal recruiting team members informed and on task
Keep talent pipelines updated and organized across multiple markets
Track outreach activity, response rates, and engagement metrics
Provide regular reporting on sourcing progress, candidate funnel status, and market insights
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting or lead generation in commercial real estate
Strong research skills and proficiency with online sourcing tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple markets and pipelines simultaneously
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Preferred
Experience sourcing or recruiting within commercial real estate or professional services
Familiarity with Salesforce, Recruiting Platforms, Zoom Info, etc
Understanding of real estate brokerage models, competitive landscapes, and industry terminology
