Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
3–5 years of experience in machine learning, data engineering, or software development, with a track record of delivering end-to-end projects from prototype design to production deployment
Programming: Proficient in Python (core), familiar with Java and ML toolchains (e.g., scikit-learn)
Familiarity with front-end frameworks, like React, Angular, or Vue.js
Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript and responsive design principles, capable of independently developing and optimizing model-related interfaces
Strong ability in data structure design, modeling, and visualization (e.g., Matplotlib/Tableau); experience in complex dataset cleaning, feature engineering, and statistical analysis
Preferred
Excellent cross-functional communication skills; ability to clearly convey technical value to non-technical stakeholders and align team objectives
