Responsibilities

Manage project setup and data analysis within the Enterprise Planning & Controls software (and other relevant tools). This includes creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), developing and maintaining schedules, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts

Oversee all aspects of project planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control for multiple EPC projects

Serve as the primary point of contact for project team technical questions regarding project controls

Manage and approve purchase orders and subcontracts, ensuring proper coding

Collaborate with the Project Management Team and Accounting Department on project cost reviews, contingency planning, and external audits

Review and manage change orders (prime contract, purchase orders, and subcontracts)

Develop and present comprehensive cash flow reports and various schedule reports (including critical path analysis and resource loading)

Implement and maintain an earned value management system, including progress measurement, progress curves, and material takeoffs

Conduct field audits to validate reporting accuracy and processes

Support Interactive Project Planning Meetings (IPPM)

Perform schedule "what-if" scenarios and project forensic analysis (as needed)

Perform quality checks and inspections on project controls deliverables
