Responsibilities
Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the effective utilization of CEPRES solutions
Address client inquiries and issues promptly, serving as the senior point of contact
Deliver and evaluate training sessions that equip clients with the skills to maximize their use of CEPRES platforms
Guide assigned team members to achieve project goals, ensure high-quality deliverables, and align with company objectives
Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create development plans to support career growth for team members
Mentor and support junior members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning
Oversee the management and execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with CEPRES solutions
Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to achieve project success and client satisfaction
Act as a point of escalation for project-related challenges and ensure efficient resolution
Work with sales leadership and team members to support later stage sales engagements
Help present and demonstrate CEPRES ability to meet prospect needs that increases probability to win new clients
Assess and refine current processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness within the team and improve overall service delivery
Develop and update documentation to support client onboarding and solution deployment, promoting client self-sufficiency
Contribute to strategic planning by providing insights based on data analysis, client feedback, and industry trends
Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance CEPRES's market position and client value proposition
Engage in networking opportunities to represent CEPRES and expand professional relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive resources and guides to support clients' ongoing success with CEPRES solutions
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and accessibility of all documentation provided to clients
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master degree, preferably in Finance, or equivalent career experience
Minimum 5 years experience working hands on with private markets investment data in a commercial environment (Fund of Fund, Consultancy, Solutions Vendor, or similar)
Strong understanding of M&A concepts, especially in the context of private markets
Client facing with exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and able to work with demanding clients
Proven project management capabilities, with a track record of managing complex projects and delivering on time
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Willingness to travel for client meetings, project deployments, and industry events
