The program focuses on developing knowledge and skills to perform the work of a Structures Assembly Mechanic through structured learning experiences and hands-on applications.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills needed to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Interpret model-based drawings and blueprints
Follow work instructions
Apply sealant, layout fasteners, drill, countersink, install and remove fasteners, trim parts, and identify required hand tools, parts, and equipment to ensure defect-free work and structural integrity
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or GED
Understanding of intermediate math
Basic computer skills
Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
Preferred
Experience using basic precision measuring tools
Experience working in a manufacturing environment
