Responsibilities

Supports and demonstrates IMA’s core values

Supports Account Manager in daily tasks and projects, including client and carrier communication, renewing client benefits, assisting with open enrollment and performing audits

Assists with calls and emails for questions concerning medical, dental, vision, life insurance and other benefits

Involved with enrollment processes by entering enrollments in systems, helping Human Resource clients and employees, and submitting information to insurance carriers

Assists with compliance by providing clients documents, requesting information from insurance carriers, and record keeping of up-to-date documents

Required

6 months similar or related experience in office setting. Preference given to insurance and/or healthcare

Experience with MS Office products PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Excel

Ability to be firm and persuasive, while maintaining good relationships

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Preferred

Preferred experience Adobe InDesign

2 year college degree preferred or equivalent experience

Spanish language skills a plus
