Mid LevelNorthwell Labs is seeking a Clinical Laboratory Technologist specializing in Cytogenomics and Chimerism testing. The role involves performing various laboratory tests, operating equipment, and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities
Performing chromosomal microarray as well as chimerism testing and analysis
Operating laboratory equipment
Following laboratory procedures
Conducting quality control
Interpreting test results
Collaborate with the laboratory team to maintain high-quality standards
Comply with regulatory requirements
Contributing to the accurate evaluation of patient samples
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine
Hands-on experience with Laboratory Equipment and Laboratory Skills
Knowledge and practice of Quality Control processes in laboratory environments
Strong analytical and diagnostic skills with attention to detail
Must hold a valid New York State Clinical Laboratory Technologist license-Applications will not be accepted without an active NY State technologist license
Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related scientific discipline required
Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic team environment and adapt to new technologies
Preferred
Experience in the field of molecular genetics is preferred
