They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will qualify inbound demand, execute targeted outbound motions, and support the North America revenue team in creating pipeline within hydrocarbon refining and related industries.

Responsibilities

Rapidly respond to inbound leads and execute structured discovery to identify pain, priority, persona, and potential fit
Qualify opportunities using a standardized framework aligned to MEDDPICC entry criteria
Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled introductory meetings for the appropriate AE with clean, accurate notes and next steps
Build and maintain targeted outbound lists across Refining, Petrochemicals and Polymers, and LNG
Execute multi-channel outbound sequences: email, phone, LinkedIn, and industry event outreach
Run account-based research to tailor outbound messaging to role, asset type, and value levers
Partner with AEs to identify whitespace and accelerate penetration in named accounts and territories
Align closely with the NAM AEs on territory plans, ideal customer profiles, and weekly pipeline priorities
Participate in deal strategy discussions to understand value drivers and refine qualification criteria
Provide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, campaign performance, and personas reached
Maintain accurate lead, contact, activity, and meeting data within Salesforce
Track conversion rates, outreach performance, and quality metrics
Uphold disciplined execution standards, including weekly goals tied to meetings booked and qualified pipeline created
Asks thoughtful questions and seeks to understand systems, operations, and personas deeply
Highly motivated by measurable outcomes, clear targets, and competitive environments
Incorporates feedback quickly and elevates performance week over week
Executes with discipline in activity tracking, qualification, and follow-through
Represents Imubit with credibility and clarity across all prospect interactions
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets tied to meetings booked and qualified pipeline created
Uphold CRM accuracy and clean handoff processes to AEs
Continuously refine outbound messaging based on data, persona insights, and AE feedback
Demonstrate alignment and accountability to the broader NAM performance objectives

Required

BA/BS degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or lead generation
Strong research capability and ability to craft tailored outbound messaging
Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce), sequencing tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and pipeline reporting
Familiarity with structured qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPIN, BANT)
Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts at a high level
Ability to travel 10-20%
Strong written and verbal communication skills; confident on the phone and in email outreach
Ability to synthesize technical and economic concepts into simple, prospect-friendly framing
High attention to detail in qualification, documentation, and handoff execution
Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment
Proven collaborator who works well with AEs, marketing, sales operations, and leadership

Preferred

Technical fields, engineering, business, or analytics a plus
Experience selling into industrial, energy, process manufacturing, or technical B2B environments preferred
Exposure to energy, chemicals, industrial manufacturing, AI, or SaaS solutions is a plus
