Senior Vice President of Sales
Responsibilities
Own top-line revenue growth across all segments, with accountability for new sales, upsells, and renewals
Lead and scale a team of 15–20 GTM professionals, including AEs, AMs, and Sales Directors
Manage both inbound & outbound sales motions, aiding in roadmap & strategy
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and CS to align sales strategy with broader company goals
Define sales processes, forecasting models, and KPIs for pipeline health and performance
Drive enterprise deal strategy, sales enablement, and team development initiatives
Qualification
Required
15+ years of B2B SaaS Sales experience, with a strong track record of quota attainment and team leadership
5+ years leading GTM teams within the Higher Education SaaS vertical
Experience managing 15+ revenue team members across multiple functions (AE, AM, Sales Leadership)
Proven ability to build structure, process, and repeatability in a scaling sales org
Strong executive presence and communication skills — comfortable in boardroom and client-facing environments
