Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services using Node.js and Mongoose/MongoDB
Develop responsive, high‑performance front‑end interfaces using React and Next.js
Implement UI components using Tailwind CSS and optionally ShadCN UI
Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into clean, maintainable code
Write reusable modules, improve code quality, and participate in code reviews
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing features
Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices across the codebase
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in JavaScript
Hands-on experience with React and building component-based UIs
Production experience with Next.js
Solid understanding of MongoDB and Mongoose
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS; experience with ShadCN is a plus
Understanding of modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, environment management)
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in a collaborative environment
3+ years of full-stack JavaScript/TypeScript development experience
Advanced skills in React.js (including hooks, context, component architecture)
Proficient with Node.js and Express.js in production environments
Experience managing MongoDB data structures and queries
Skilled in developing secure APIs and implementing authentication (JWT, OAuth)
Experience with Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile environments
Strong communication skills and a user-first mindset
Must pass the required background check
Must be at least 21 years old
Preferred
Experience with LIMS, healthcare, or other regulated software systems
Understanding of laboratory workflows or scientific data
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
Knowledge of HL7, CLIA, HIPAA, or other regulatory frameworks
