Responsibilities

Lead the strategy and execution of generative AI initiatives across the organization

Design and develop generative AI models for text, image, audio, and multimodal applications

Collaborate with product teams to integrate generative AI capabilities into business solutions

Ensure ethical AI practices, compliance, and responsible use of generative technologies

Optimize models for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency in production environments

Stay updated with the latest research in LLMs, transformers, GANs, and diffusion models

Mentor and guide a team of AI engineers and data scientists

Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (Transformers, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs)

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices

Strong understanding of data engineering, model deployment, and API integration
