Responsibilities
Own the product vision, connecting operational needs to engineering
Manage portfolio level prioritization
Align modernization and sustainment
Coordinate user needs, test results, and exercise feedback into roadmap decisions
Qualification
Required
An active Secret security clearance
10+ years in product management
Experience leading product management for Models and Sims systems or simulation systems
Strong backlog and user story development skills
Experience coordinating across engineering, test, and PMO
Experience as an operational SME supporting AFAMS, AFSIM, or Air Force command and control training systems
