Responsibilities
Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him
Take the lead in managing all expense processes for our International Headquarters. Collaborate closely with the Senior Office/Finance Manager to ensure seamless operations and accurate reporting
Be the first friendly face our volunteer teams see! Greet, assist, and guide them upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed with a smile, setting the stage for an amazing volunteer experience
Manage crucial information for staff and volunteers. Handle everything from non-exempt staff timesheets to volunteer documentation, ensuring that every hour served is accurately recorded and appreciated
Provide essential support to homeowners, making their experience as smooth as possible
Collaborate with the Project Superintendent to review and prepare engaging weekly and monthly reports. Highlight project milestones and ongoing work, showcasing our rebuilding initiatives
Team up with our Logistics Coordinator to coordinate enthusiastic volunteer teams
Provide support to volunteers on-site, from orientation to arranging lodging, parking, t-shirts, and meals
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One-year certificate from college or technical school and six months (6) to one year (1) related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Thorough knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Fluency in English (required)
