Associate Brand Manager (Revenue & Pricing Focus)
Next Step Recruitment is looking for a highly analytical Associate Brand Manager to join their fast-moving e-commerce team. This role focuses on pricing, revenue, and marketplace performance, where the candidate will monitor and adjust pricing, analyze sales performance, and develop data-backed pricing strategies.

Responsibilities
Monitor and adjust marketplace pricing to optimize sell-through, margin, and ROI
Analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and competitive pricing trends
Build and maintain weekly reporting on pricing, revenue, and sell-through
Develop and document repeatable, data-backed pricing strategies
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, content, and sourcing teams to improve performance
Identify growth opportunities using data and marketplace insights
Support new product launches from research through execution, with a commercial lens
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Analytics, or a related field
0–3 years of experience in revenue analysis, pricing, e-commerce operations, consulting, or analytically driven roles
Strong Excel skills (formulas, models, scenario analysis)
Comfort working with data and turning insights into action
High attention to detail and strong follow-through
Preferred
Marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify) is a plus, not required
