Responsibilities
Design benefit strategy for LATAM region, Portugal and Spain to ensure adequacy, compliance and competitiveness
Liaise and collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g. HR Operations, HRBPs, Legal, etc.) and external vendors (brokers and insurers) on project delivery
Collect and monitor global legislation and benchmark trends
Handle escalations together with HR Ops/HRBPs and advise on the benefits policies and solutions
Contribute to global projects and roll out global initiatives with local context in mind
Qualification
Required
Strong analytical and market research capabilities: gather market data, analyze trends, and conduct surveys
Great communication skills: be able to communicate effectively with employees, the broad HR team and business lead & also be comfortable presenting programs and plans to employee groups, HR and leadership teams
Great report writing skills: be able to write proposals based on research and analysis, which is presentable to stakeholders
Strong ownership, ethics and discretion: be able to reach the goal with mission. Deal with confidential information and therefore, must be ethical and discrete when it comes to handling sensitive information
Preferred
Preferably to have at least 3 years of experience in HR/Benefits area, experience in-house or consulting is preferred
