Responsibilities

Thoroughly analyze and interpret data contained within source spreadsheets that outline required updates to assets in the content management system
Validate the accuracy and completeness of data before executing any changes to ensure data integrity
Navigate the Sales Enablement CMS to locate and access specified assets for modification
Modify asset details as guided by reference data while ensuring compliance with defined metadata taxonomy
Update key metadata fields and ensure all asset titles and file names adhere to established naming convention policies
Perform post-update quality checks to confirm that all changes have been accurately reflected in the system
Track and document all completed updates, discrepancies, and issues encountered in designated tracking logs
Provide regular progress updates to the project lead regarding completion status and any challenges
Accurately move and transfer designated content from existing databases and shared folders into centralized storage structures
Consolidate and archive redundant or dated material to optimize search results and improve content accessibility
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure content governance standards are maintained

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant working experience required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including filtering, sorting, and basic data manipulation
Hands-on experience utilizing Google Drive for file storage and collaboration
Experience working with and maintaining data within a Sales Enablement CMS
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy when handling large sets of data
Demonstrated ability to apply data governance rules and naming convention standards
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated with excellent time management capabilities and ability to work independently
Effective communication skills for providing updates and collaborating across teams
Problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve discrepancies in data and content
