Responsibilities

Partnering with an internal Prelude analyst to implement Waystar products across all project phases
Supporting system decisions, design, Epic build, and integrated testing with Epic and Waystar
Leveraging existing Epic/Experian build and mappings to support Waystar implementation
Assisting with the development of end-user training and training documentation
Providing guidance to optimize ongoing insurance data maintenance and data mapping strategies

Required

Epic Prelude certification (required)
Epic RTE certification (required)
Proven expertise with Epic Prelude and Real-Time Eligibility workflows
Experience implementing Waystar RTE, RTA, and Coverage Insurance Verification products
Experience transitioning from Experian insurance verification products to Waystar solutions
Strong experience with Epic system build, configuration, and testing

Preferred

Prior consulting experience on Epic revenue cycle implementations
Experience developing or supporting end-user training materials
Strong understanding of insurance data structures and mapping optimization
