Responsibilities
Manage and supervise all aspects of concrete construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during all phases of construction
Oversee quality control and assurance processes to maintain high standards of workmanship
Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Provide leadership and mentorship to site personnel, promoting a culture of safety and teamwork
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Concrete Superintendent or similar role in the construction industry
In-depth knowledge of concrete processes, including casting in place, flatwork, foundations, and high-rise structures
Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team and collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in the construction field
Experience with heavy civil projects, including earthwork and grading, is a plus
You must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Preferred
Civil Concrete Construction projects preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
