Responsibilities

Analyzes, designs, develops and maintains software applications to support business units

Controls and/or provides solutions to single and/or multiple organizations, with minimal management guidance

Provides advanced technical expertise in analyzing, designing, estimating, and developing software applications to project schedule

Oversees systems design and implementation of most complex design components

Creates project plans and deliverables and monitors task deadlines

The incumbent oversees, maintains and supports existing software applications and provides subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues

Required

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience: Information Technology or equivalent field

9+ Years Information Technology, Technical Application Development, or similar experience

Hands on experience in building DevOps pipelines in both cloud and on-prem solutions

Deep knowledge of Data warehouses and Data Lakes architecture and data models in cloud and on-prem

Extensive experience in ETL pipeline using Native Coding – Python, Java etc

Extensive experience with Shell scripting – bash or ksh

Extensive experience in Code storage repositories – GitHub, Bitbucket etc

Extensive experience with Cloud databases – Snowflake, AWS Redshift

Extensive experience with Snowflake Administration and associated emerging services

Extensive experience with Data Modelling concepts – Star Schema, Snowflake Schema, Data Vault etc. and hands on Data Modelling using Erwin

Strong Communication, collaboration skills

Should be able to work independently with ownership of the complete projects and tasks

Looking for resources with high quotient to learn and adapt; with a can-do attitude

Looking for people not afraid to take risks and think outside the box and put in the effort to be successful and become role models

Preferred

Experience working in Banking and Financial domains and good functional knowledge in Banking and its products

Understanding of AWS cloud platform technology, architecture and service components

Python Preferred

Experience working with scheduling tools – Control M, Autosys; Control M preferred

Github preferred

Preferred experience with Pandas, Polaris, Pyspak, Snowpark Data frames

Preferred experience with Machine learning models, feature stores, Sagemaker or other AI tools

Preferred experience with Machine learning models, feature stores
