Responsibilities
Provide English-to-Spanish language translation and marketing transcreation services
Proofreading and editing support
Work with a variety of content types such as marketing collateral, text messages, social media posts, crisis communications, educational materials, and video translations for subtitles or voice replacement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Translation (English ↔ Spanish), Communications, or Spanish
Minimum of 5 years of experience translating and transcreating sales and marketing materials, including crisis communications
Hands-on experience with Computer-Assisted Translation (CAT) tools such as SDL Trados and terminology glossaries
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong ability to collaborate within a team while managing multiple projects, channels, and deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexibility to adapt to urgent requests, crisis situations, or process changes
US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the U.S
Local candidates only. This role requires onsite work Monday-Thursday, with remote work on Fridays. No exceptions
