New Grad, Entry LevelMedCure, Inc. is seeking a Donation Coordinator to coordinate and direct the donation process for whole body donors. The role involves working closely with funeral homes, hospice, and donor families while providing support and counseling to grieving families throughout the donation process.

Responsibilities
Answer and respond to all incoming donor referrals, calls and faxes
Counsel grieving families and assist them through the donation process
Input all donor information in company database, including all forms and charting
Work closely with funeral homes and hospice
Qualification
Required
Coordinate and direct the donation process for whole body donors
Work closely with funeral homes, hospice, and donor families in coordinating care
Possess natural empathy and sincerity to counsel grieving families
Answer and respond to all incoming donor referrals, calls and faxes
Counsel grieving families and assist them through the donation process
Input all donor information in company database, including all forms and charting
Work closely with funeral homes and hospice
Efficiently utilize office machinery
Complete tasks using computer software at an average to advanced skill level
Provide excellent customer service via all instruments of communication
Comfortably interact with funeral homes, hospice programs and hospitals
Sitting for extended periods of time
Lifting up to 25lbs
Speaking English clearly and fluently
Training will be from Monday-Friday 9am-530pm
After training hours will be scheduled for 40 hours a week
Preferred
Previous working experience in the medical field preferred
