Support training implementation of NC FAST Medicaid Transformation Project modules
Develop interactive, simulation-based training content
Deliver training (in-person, virtual, webinars)
Conduct QA reviews and evaluate learner progress
Qualification
Required
3+ years' experience in curriculum design and adult learning materials
Knowledge of social services programs (county, regional, state)
Experience translating software (NC FAST preferred) into training content
Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle), HTML/XML, and web technologies
Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with e-learning and computer-based training design
Hands-on experience with Adobe tools and training applications
Ability to develop interactive, simulation-based training content
Experience delivering training (in-person, virtual, webinars)
Experience with QA reviews and evaluating learner progress
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
NC FAST and NC Medicaid experience highly desired
