Senior Director HR Operations
Frazer Jones is a company focused on human resources, and they are seeking a Senior Director of HR Operations to lead the design and execution of a global HR operations framework. This role involves ensuring compliance, optimizing processes, and fostering a high-performing HR operations team.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive global HR operations framework, covering all stages of the employee journey—from onboarding and internal mobility to performance reviews, role transitions, and offboarding
Ensure consistent, compliant, and precise HR processes across all regions, while adapting to local legal and cultural nuances
Maintain and evolve HR documentation, including employee handbooks, global policies, and procedural guides, ensuring they reflect company values and are easy to access and understand
Oversee compliance efforts for HR operations, ensuring alignment with internal controls, external audits, and regulatory standards
Identify and implement opportunities to simplify, scale, and enhance HR processes across the organization
Lead strategic initiatives—such as office expansions or mergers and acquisitions—that improve employee experience and operational effectiveness
Champion the adoption of HR tools and practices through clear communication, training programs, and stakeholder engagement
Explore and integrate automation and emerging technologies to elevate HR service delivery
Collaborate closely with IT and HR teams to ensure HR systems (e.g., HRIS and ATS) meet evolving business needs
Safeguard data quality through rigorous audits, controls, and reporting protocols
Manage system implementations and upgrades, ensuring alignment across departments and smooth execution
Support IT governance efforts, including data lifecycle management and regulatory compliance
Lead and grow a high-performing HR operations team, cultivating a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement
Act as a mentor and trusted resource for HR colleagues across the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum of 12 years in HR, with deep expertise in HR operations and HRIS systems
Proven success managing global HR operations and leading geographically dispersed teams
Strong command of Workday
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional HR projects and drive operational excellence
Solid understanding of HR compliance, international employment practices, and best-in-class operational standards
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
advanced degrees or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR, HRIP)
Experience in financial services
Greenhouse experience
