Legal Assistant
The Phoenix Group is a professional legal services provider seeking a Corporate Legal Assistant to provide administrative and document support. The role involves assisting multiple professionals with daily workflow, maintaining organization and confidentiality, and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Prepare and format correspondence and internal documents
Organize, scan, and maintain electronic and physical files
Coordinate collection and tracking of required signatures
Maintain records and reference materials
Support communication between internal staff and external contacts
Transmit documents and information securely
Perform document review and comparison tasks
Review time records for accuracy and completeness
Assist with billing and invoicing processes
Open new matters and maintain related documentation
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure proper filing
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Handle general administrative duties, including phones, travel coordination, and expense processing
Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
Provide administrative and document support in a professional legal services environment
Assist multiple professionals with daily workflow and task coordination
Maintain organization, accuracy, and confidentiality across all assigned work
